GROUP PRENATAL CLASSES - One day Saturday or Sunday See class outline below. DON'T WANT TO LEAVE YOUR HOUSE? I offer a 2 hour ZOOM class that covers all the topics for $50.
ALL SESSIONS are designed for a pregnant woman and support person.

  • $100 per couple
    PRIVATE PRENATAL CLASSES - $150. (3-4 hrs) *Additional Travel allowance of $50 for in home
    Private in home prenatal classes available throughout the lower mainland.
    Each session is scheduled at your convenience.
    In a one on one setting topics can be individually tailored to suit your needs, doulas or sibling may attend.

    PRENATAL CLASS TOPICS (but not limited to)
  • pregnancy nutrition highlights, comforts for pregnancy, optimal foetal position
  • physiology, anatomy, stages of labour, simple stretches, breathing, positions, tools
  • stages of labour and comforts, when to go to the hospital, effective support ideas
  • hormones, massage, expectations vs reality, what will labour be like?
  • When help is needed, caesarean, medication
  • Breastfeeding, how and why, a learned ability, baby responses to
  • Newborn routines, procedures, behaviour, calming tecniques/resources
  • After the birth mom, baby, family first 3 month adjustments
